Promise refreshes their Vtrak E-Class

Thanks to members brianwells and d4corp for calling to our attention the updated Promise VTrak E-Class. New features include: 1TB hard drives, Bonjour support and a new aluminum look. There's also an upgradable single controller option available.

The issue here is not about the new drives, the new box (which looks like they attacked their old chassis with a can of metallic grey spray paint), or the new drivers...these are all welcome. The real issue that is driving deployments off-schedule is that these boxes won't be available for another 2-3 weeks, and there are not current stocks of any of the old boxes available either. This reminds me of that summer (was it 2006?) when Intel Xserves weren't ready and no G5 Xserves were in stock anywhere.

Or in the summer of 2006 when there were no PCI-e Apple FC HBAs available
because they were retooling for RoHS compliance...
