Web Review & JPEG

So, I'm running into an oddity - when I click the send to web checkbox in FCSvr for a quicktime movie everything behaves as expected, and the asset is posted to the web interface. Do the same for a still image - specifically a jpeg in this case, and the jobs are run, of course the small and large quicktime fail, but nothing is posted to the web - interestingly, a small and large qt movie do exist in the cache directory though for these jpegs. Now here's the interesting part, if you uncheck/save/recheck the send to web the image will be posted to the web review.

Has anyone come across this? I suppose the simple answer is to identify the Mime type as image/jpeg vs video and just call different actions... Any thoughts?
