This is specifically for the Sychronize module

1. Wait a specified number of seconds for file growth. This setting would be settable per volume or be dependent on the file system (SAN, NAS, etc.).
2. If no file growth occurs, the file copy is complete and synchronization would proceed.
3. This would not hold up other items in the sync queue
4. Items that are deleted(or file copy is terminated before completion) after being added to the queue would be removed from the queue.

This is absolutely essential when syncing large files to prevent sync triggers on files that are not complete.

You can achieve this function by employing a filter that picks only files that have not changed for the last X seconds. Since this is not a standard setting in the filter, you have to enter the expert mode and add

-msecs X

This will do the job.
