Hi,
i have 4 MDC with MAC OS X 10.6.8, Xsan 2.2.1, DNS and OD with 10 Client 10.6.8 Xsan 2.2.2 and Final Cut Pro 7.0.3;
last month i am facing one problem first one of client fcp not opening after some think all 10 clients facing same problem. trying all thinks then i just unmount the xsan volume the fcp open.
in xsan log fsm rsvd client dirty in slot 0 with ip xxx.xxx.x.xx show when i run cvfsck -wv and repair xsan volume then this problem solve but after some time some problem start.
plz let me know what is problem....

Not sure if its directly related, but make sure your MDCs are running the same or greater version of XSAN than that of your clients.
In your case update your MDCs to 2.2.2
See if that helps.

I have seen that and it was the spotlight database that was corrupt. You have to recreate it with mdutil -E
Might be the same problem.
