Sorry for the really basic question, but can anyone tell me what the procedure is for resetting the management password for an ActiveRAID chassis? I've already gone through the default "active" and a host of other possibilities, but am coming up short. 
These were offlined at a client site and now they want to bring them back up for another project. |

Ok, barring that...does anyone know the serial port settings for this chassis? 115,200 8n1 no flow control? |

I cant speak to the serial interface. Im not sure there is a serial interface on the back. you can reset via CLI using the admin tools which are avalible on activestorage.com
-d <ip> password --reset |
