Well we aren't using XSan but I wanted to see if anyone had an ideas of what could be causing FCP to pinwheel at random times (moving clips, rendering) it's not the same everytime. We have Atto Celebrity 4GB fibre cards, Raid (14x500), Qlogic 5600 (4gb) switch. When testing performance using AJA Kona app it doesn't lock up. Finder has locked up copying to the Raid so I'm thinking it's a driver issue. We have seen San's do some funny things but can't figure this one out?
