Set up FCS 1.1 to test on Mac Intel xserve single quad core.
System drive and seperate Media drive.

Problem: data on media drive dissapears after system has been on for several hours. Restarting system always returns data. Drive always stays mounted, just shows up empty. Ok in disk Utility.
Have run verify/repair disk. Reformatted disk. Reinstalled FCS.

Does this sound like a FCS issue or Server OS or drive issue?

The server running FCS has been a test server for several apps for the past year. I did a clean install of Leopard 10.5.8. and FCS 1.5. So far so good. Media on drive is still there.
