So, after upgrading to 10.6.1 at home this weekend....

When I VPN to the office, I connect quickly and have control of the server that hosts VPN, but cannot see any other device on the network. No Ping, nothing...

Previously (10.5.8 at home), Once I VPN'd I had great access to the whole network.
Everything onsite running 10.5.7

Using the built-in VPN client.

Wondering if the issue is VPN version compatibility, or an ARD problem...

Any insight appreciated.

I'm thinking of restoring to 10.5.8, but what a pain...

Forgot to try my Cisco VPN client, I'll try that tonight.

-Verified that Cisco VPN client still works.

-10.6.1 just won't allow ARD see the whole network when VPN connected to 10.5.7 server using Apple VPN.

-10.6.1 will allow ARD to see the whole network when VPN connected to 10.5.8 server using Cisco VPN client.

- Booted from 10.5.8 backup system and everything still works fine.
I'm going to roll back to 10.5.8 at home.

10.6 hasn't added any features worth the compromise.

Our forum may not be the best place to ask these sorts of questions. Have you tried http://www.afp548.com, or the Apple Discussion boards?
