FCS Clip Proxy FAIL

Hi All,

I am getting the following error when clips are ingested into FCS:

ERROR: E_REQ_ERROR Encountered error using Compressor: <Error>: kCGErrorFailure: Set a breakpoint @ CGErrorBreakpoint() to catch errors as they are logged.

After doing some snooping around I have found out the following:

1) This error only occurs if the admin account (which fcsvr is associated with) is not logged in.

2) I went through the steps here and made sure FCS was connected to the local user acccount (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3282)

3) Even though FCS shows the error, Compressor does successfully create a proxy video file, but it is not associated with the FCS database

PLEASE HELP!! I have not been able to find an answer for this anywhere.
