I have a strange problem. When I had to restart my FCS today. It started scanning all the watch folders and it tried to re-build all the proxies. We re-started it again and the same thing. I have never seen this before. Anyone else have this happen or know how I can fix it. Thanks.

You mean it started scanning all your "devices", not your "watch folders", right? Do all your devices have full or add-only scans enabled?

Anything change recently? OS updates? anything?
